I am down 14 lbs. I have a lot more energy. I feel less hungry.
What have I done so far. Lost 14 Lbs. Start 296, now 282.

I Went to the doctor. His advice cut white sugar, and white flower, for 90 days and no eating after dinner.
Not being one for moderation I also added in following the Wheat Belly advice.
It has been hard. But, it sure feels good so far. Also, I stopped by weight watchers for official weight in since I am still a member.
